Whether you'd like occasional guidance or more hands-on involvement, the Home Clarity Companion gives you access to my professional judgement as you work through the decisions involved in bringing your Home Clarity Plan to life.

When your plans involve trades, and multiple streams of work, I can help coordinate the practical details.

From scheduling and sequencing a network of reliable trades people, to managing communication and keeping the work moving, I'll help bring the different pieces together so your project runs as smoothly as possible.

A beautiful home isn't about spending more. It's about spending wisely.

My job isn't to sell you more things. It's to help you make the most of what you already have and spend your money where it will make the biggest difference.

You're paying for my experience, design judgement and ability to see possibilities you might not have considered.

Sometimes that means recommending a beautiful new addition. Sometimes it means telling you not to replace something, not to spend money on a particular improvement, or to simply give what you already own a little attention.

I work independently of the products, suppliers and trades involved in your project. You make the purchases and engage trades directly, so my recommendations are based solely on what's right for your home, your priorities and your budget — not on selling you particular products or services.

The value isn't in how much you spend. It's in making sure you spend it well.

Home Clarity Check-in

A fresh perspective when you need one.

If you don't need ongoing support, you can book a focused Home Clarity Check-in whenever you'd like a fresh perspective.

These ad-hoc sessions give you an opportunity to talk through any questions, decisions or challenges you're currently facing and get professional advice and reassurance without committing to a longer engagement.

Things you might be wondering.

  • No. The additional support services are designed to build on your Home Clarity Plan. The Plan gives us a shared understanding of your home, your priorities and the improvements you're looking to make, so we have a clear direction to work from.

    If you've already completed a Home Clarity Plan, we can talk about what level of support would be useful as you put it into action.

  • The cost depends on the size and complexity of your project, the type of support you need and how involved you'd like me to be.

    Once we've completed your Home Clarity Plan, we can discuss the options that make sense for you. If you'd like to take things further, I'll put together a proposal outlining the recommended support and associated fees for you to consider.

  • Yes. Home Clarity Companion support, including both Guided and Partnered options, can be provided virtually, so you can work with me from anywhere in New Zealand.

    Project Coordination is currently available for projects in the Wellington region only.
